"Inspire, Engage, Encourage and Empower IEEE WIE Students in IEEE Kerala Section"

IEEE WIE FORUM 2009 is organised by College of Engineering Chengannur[CEC].

WIE Forum is aimed to build a network among the WIE Student Members within the IEEE Kerala Section. This network will aim to establish a platform for the WIE members to interact among themselves. It would inspire, engage, empower and encourage WIE Student Members. It helps in understanding the problems faced by young women in engineering, and also to open a new path for them to come forward. Prijoe P Komattu, one of the founders of LINK in the year 2006, formulated this innovative initiative.

IEEE CEC Student Branch (60451)

Established in mid 1996, the IEEE Student Branch of College of Engineering, Chengannur(CEC) has kept to its goal of keeping the students of CEC in touch with the latest technological advances. The most active Student Branch within the Section. Has always been supportive in all sorts of initiatives by IEEE and Section.
